When I use headphones and watch a video or any program that has Audio , I hear a low sort of white noise in the background.
I asked Asus tech support to look into this issue .
they reply
"Thank you for contacting Asus Technical Support Department.
According to your inquiry which is white noise in the background when using the headphones, Please download and install the latest driver update from below link.
http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/
If you still have the same issue after update the driver, please try another headphone as it may be a problem with the headphone itself.
Glad we could get that problem fixed, please reply back for any future questions you might have."
when I changed the driver the problem is solved .
